• 2+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience of new and existing systems
• 2+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards and testing
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

• Deliver features and improvements to major portions of the codebase while understanding customer problems.
• Operate across the software stack from backend data pipelines to user-facing interfaces.
• Design software solutions to enable new features or improve existing ones.
• Demonstrate operational excellence in all work and ensure root causes of issues are identified and resolved.
• Collaborate closely with applied scientists, designers, product managers, and other engineers.
• Continuously learn and expand skills to keep pace with evolving technologies and customer needs.
