Job description

The role is for a senior individual contributor at AC Wellness Network LLC, focusing on analytics and strategic business insights within the healthcare sector. This position involves owning analytical frameworks and metrics to assess business performance and guide decision-making. The individual will collaborate with various teams to define success measures and translate complex data into actionable insights. This high-impact role requires a strong background in data analytics and visualization, particularly in a healthcare delivery context.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Data Science, Biostatistics, Business, Healthcare, Operations Research, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in business insights, data analytics, or a strategy & analytics role with at least 2 years in a lead or senior individual contributor capacity.
  • Strong SQL proficiency and experience with Python or equivalent scripting for data analysis.
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau or AWS QuickSight.
  • Deep business acumen with the ability to rapidly understand health operational workflows and clinical program performance.

Responsibilities

  • Own the design and build of business reporting from the ground up for the launch of new services.
  • Partner closely with clinical, operational, product, and engineering teams to define success measures.
  • Translate complex data into insights that drive real decisions.
  • Set standards and help shape a world-class healthcare analytics team.
  • Lead analytics efforts across cross-functional teams and influence clinical and business decisions.

Benefits

  • Employees at Apple are often offered comprehensive benefits that support physical and mental well-being—flexible medical plans, confidential counseling, onsite wellness centers at major campuses, and resources for fitness and daily life. Families typically receive fertility support, paid parental leave with gradual return, caregiving leave, and dependent-care guidance, while financial perks commonly include stock grants (with purchase discounts), 401(k) matching, and income-protection coverage. Employees also see robust time off, Apple University learning and tuition reimbursement, donation matching and paid volunteer hours, and deep product and partner discounts.
