The individual will work closely with various functional groups to optimize system performance and ensure the commercial readiness of advanced 4G/5G features. Key responsibilities include driving cross-layer debugging and system-level optimization while providing technical leadership during complex feature bring-up and certification cycles. The position requires expertise in WWAN specifications and a focus on meeting industry-leading quality metrics.

• Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related degree field.
• Expertise in 3GPP WWAN specifications, particularly with LTE and 5GNR.
• Experience in end-to-end performance and functional analysis of multi-RAT cellular modems.

• Plan, perform, and validate complex test methodologies for Cellular modems.
• Analyze modem performance across RF, PHY, protocol, and application layers.
• Identify design gaps and develop automation frameworks to improve modem stability.
• Guide multidisciplinary engineering teams during feature bring-up and certification phases.
• Ensure next-generation cellular capabilities meet reliability, power, and performance standards.
