• Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 5+ years of Software Applications Engineering or related work experience.
• PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 4+ years of Software Applications Engineering or related work experience.
• 3+ years of experience with programming languages such as C, C++, Java, or Python.
• 3+ years of experience with debugging techniques.

• Provide direct support to OEMs with the design, development, and debugging of Qualcomm reference design software-related issues.
• Assist customers with all aspects of embedded software and systems development.
• Quickly assimilate onto an existing project and understand software driver architecture.
• Read and write technical specifications and requirements.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities while working closely with external customers.
