NVIDIA is seeking senior software engineers for its Infrastructure, Planning and Process Team (IPP) to enhance AI adoption across engineering workflows. The team collaborates with various departments to address their infrastructure and software development needs. As a senior engineer, you will focus on designing and implementing AI-driven tools and solutions that automate software engineering workflows. This role requires a strong background in AI technologies and software development to improve productivity and reliability.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, with a Master's preferred.
• 10+ years of work experience in software engineering.
• Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLM), Machine Learning (ML), and Agentic AI techniques.
• Hands-on experience with Python, Java, or Go, along with extensive Python scripting.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL database systems such as MySQL, MongoDB, or Elasticsearch.
• Proficiency in full stack development, including front-end and back-end technologies.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Gitlab CI, or similar.
• Good understanding of distributed systems and microservice architecture.

• Design and implement AI-driven optimizations within software development workflows.
• Continuously measure and report on the impact of AI interventions on key metrics.
• Create and deploy predictive models to identify high-risk commits and forecast build failures.
• Conduct research on emerging technologies to recommend best practices.
• Collaborate across organizational boundaries to enhance alignment and productivity.
