The Test Platforms, Applications, and Systems Engineering Program Manager will be part of the Satellite Connectivity Group at Apple, focusing on the development and delivery of tooling for satellite connectivity. This role involves collaboration with various engineering teams to ensure the validation of the full stack from user equipment to Apple cloud services. The position requires a solid understanding of cellular protocols and hands-on experience with network testing environments. The manager will influence internal teams and vendors to achieve optimal network performance for Apple device users.

• 5+ years of systems engineering and technical program management experience
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
• Solid understanding of the cellular protocol stack including L1–L3 and UE–network signaling flows
• Hands-on experience with network simulation or callbox environments for protocol and RF testing
• Familiarity with mobile services architecture and application interactions with network and cloud infrastructure
• Understanding of Apple Push Notification service, iMessage delivery architecture, or equivalent services-layer knowledge
• Demonstrated ability to drive alignment across engineering, program, and vendor stakeholder groups
• Ability to see the big picture system-level objectives and dependencies across segments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with adaptability for different audiences
• Familiarity with schedule management tools
• Comfortable working in an ambiguous environment

• Lead the development and delivery of tooling for satellite connectivity validation
• Collaborate with modem engineers, protocol stack developers, RF system engineers, and backend engineers
• Drive test tooling from concept through lab, certification, and field deployment
• Ensure test infrastructure for protocol validation, RF characterization, and end-to-end service verification is built and qualified
• Contribute to and influence internal engineering teams and vendors for network deployment
• Shape critical services to benefit and ensure the safety of Apple device users
