The IT Project Group Manager is responsible for managing complex and critical technology projects while leading a team of professionals. • 10+ years of experience in a related technology role with commensurate people management experience.
• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially a Master's degree.

• Manage all technology components of the development and implementation of major, complex projects.
• Develop detailed IT work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
• Provide IT strategic direction for projects managed.
• Set guidelines for appropriate staffing requirements to meet operational needs.
• Evaluate subordinates' performance and make decisions on pay increases, hiring, and terminations.
• Ensure essential procedures are followed and contribute to defining standards.
• Influence and negotiate with senior leaders across functions.
