• Proven technical leadership with 5+ years of team management or leadership experience
• PhD or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related technical field
• Demonstrated expertise in ML research and/or ML production deployment lifecycle
• Deep understanding of LLM
• Hands-on experience working with deep learning toolkits such as Tensorflow or PyTorch
• Publication record in relevant conferences such as NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, EMNLP
• Experience working on Responsible AI and AI Safety
