The Senior Analyst position in the Government & Public Sector practice at EY focuses on delivering compliance and audit solutions for federal clients. This role involves supervising Analysts and managing the collection of client data to document business and IT processes. The team is dedicated to providing high-quality consulting and audit services that drive innovation and measurable results. Senior Analysts will coach junior team members and ensure project deliverables meet expectations.

• United States citizenship and ability to obtain a public trust clearance or higher
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in accounting, business or finance related fields, including one year of experience with Federal IT financials, internal audit, risks and controls
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
• Flexibility to travel up to 20%

• Supervise quality and pace of activities performed by Analysts
• Manage the collection of client data to document business and IT financial processes, risks, and controls
• Perform root cause analysis to inform recommendations and solutions
• Monitor project progress and risks, ensuring stakeholders are updated on outcomes
• Assist in creating client business and risk documentation and supervise report development
• Assist in testing and assessing client compliance with IT standards and internal controls
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders across EY functional groups
