• A bachelor's degree and approximately 6 years of related work experience, or a master's degree and approximately 5 years of related work experience.
• A minimum of 5+ years of delivery experience working with multiple project teams.
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience working with P&C insurance carriers, specifically commercial and specialty line carriers across the claims function.
• Demonstrated ability to build trust and manage high-level relationships.
• Strong writing, presentation, conceptual, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

• Lead large-scale client engagements and consistently deliver quality client services.
• Manage expectations of client service delivery and ensure key stakeholders are informed about progress.
• Stay abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client's business and P&C insurance.
• Effectively lead and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds.
