Job description
The NVIDIA Architecture Modeling group is seeking Architects, Functional Modeling Engineers, and Simulation experts to enhance GPU and SoC architecture efforts. This role involves collaborating with top architects to model, analyze, and validate chip and system architectures, focusing on performance and efficiency. The team aims to innovate in parallel computing and improve SoC and Systems architecture. Candidates will work on various projects across datacenter, automotive, and client products.
Requirements
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field with 5+ years of relevant work experience.
- Strong programming ability in C++ and C, along with a good understanding of build systems, toolchains, and libraries.
- Computer Architecture background with experience in modeling with SystemC and TLM preferred.
- Familiarity with Docker, Jenkins, Python, and Perl.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a distributed team environment.
Responsibilities
- Model and analyze SoC and Systems algorithms and features across various product lines.
- Build and deliver platforms for SoCs that align with project milestones.
- Work closely with SOC architects to guide modeling teams in delivering high-quality functional models.
- Collaborate with EDA partners to align on customer-facing technologies.
- Develop tests, test plans, and testing infrastructure for new architectures and features.
