Arcadis is seeking a Structural Engineer with at least 2 years of project design experience to join their team. This role involves tackling complex structural challenges and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across various sectors. • 2 or more years of recent relevant structural engineering project experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering
• Engineer in Training certification
• Strong problem-solving skills with critical thinking and initiative
• Working knowledge of USA National codes and standards, such as IBC, ACI, AISC
• Understanding of and experience with Revit software
• Effective communication skills - oral and written

• Work with the Engineer of Record (EOR) to establish codes, loads, analysis methods, and tools
• Perform technical work with senior review
• Collaborate directly with various engineering disciplines, office/project staff, clients, and subcontractors throughout the project life cycle
• Develop calculations, plans, specifications, and other contract documents
• Assist with Construction Administration duties, including completing field observation reports and responding to RFIs
• Travel as needed for project-related activities such as client meetings and site visits
