• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Previous experience working on transportation and drainage design projects
• Ability to communicate effectively and coordinate all drainage design phases of a project with other team disciplines
• Previous experience utilizing Drainage and Hydraulic Modeling software
• Previous experience creating technical documentation, reports, and/or memorandum

• Provide drainage design for roadway and highway projects throughout Virginia.
• Conduct storm drainage analysis and design per project requirements.
• Prepare technical reports and memoranda as required.
• Create construction plans, estimates, and specifications.
• Collaborate with other project engineers on detailed drainage design.
