• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related degree.
• Mechanical proficiency.
• Basic soldering skills.
• Proven ability to read schematics.
• Experience with calipers, micrometers, etc.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience or a Master's Degree in a related field.

• Develop, implement, and maintain methods and processes for manufacturing parts and assemblies.
• Coordinate the release of new products and estimate manufacturing costs.
• Maintain records and reporting systems for manufacturing operations.
• Perform a variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly tasks.
• Construct developmental assemblies, sub-assemblies, and components from schematics and instructions.
• Conduct rework and quality testing.
