• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning, capacity planning, logistics operations, program management, or a related analytical role in a high-volume, complex network
• Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous operational problems and build analytical models
• Strong experience in headcount modeling, volume forecasting, production/capacity planning, and transportation alignment
• Fluency with analytical tools and BI platforms such as Tableau or Power BI
• Advanced degree (MS or MBA) preferred
• Experience planning for both BAU and NPI demand in a dynamic supply chain environment
• Experience with AI-assisted tools to accelerate analysis and reporting

• Lead capacity planning and program management for the AMR Logistics Operations team
