Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning, capacity planning, logistics operations, program management, or a related analytical role in a high-volume, complex network
- Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous operational problems and build analytical models
- Strong experience in headcount modeling, volume forecasting, production/capacity planning, and transportation alignment
- Fluency with analytical tools and BI platforms such as Tableau or Power BI
- Advanced degree (MS or MBA) preferred
- Experience planning for both BAU and NPI demand in a dynamic supply chain environment
- Experience with AI-assisted tools to accelerate analysis and reporting
Responsibilities
- Lead capacity planning and program management for the AMR Logistics Operations team
- Craft sophisticated models and interactive dashboards to drive informed decision-making
- Influence volume forecasting and transportation alignment to balance service and cost
- Partner with stakeholders to evaluate demand signals and translate forecasts into actionable capacity plans
- Build automation to improve team efficiency and monitor KPIs for improvement opportunities
- Proactively identify risks and develop contingency plans to protect network performance
- Communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional partners
- Mentor a team of logistics professionals and foster collaboration
