The Production Workflow Engineer (PWE) at Amazon MGM Studios is responsible for driving the adoption of cloud-based production and post-production workflows. This role involves educating customers and partners about the Studio's creative workflows and integrating local workflows with the cloud. The PWE acts as a primary contact for stakeholders and gathers requirements to communicate back to the product and engineering teams. The team is dedicated to supporting new members and fostering career growth while building the next generation of cloud-based content creation workflows.

• 2+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience.
• 4+ years of experience in specific technology domain areas such as software development, cloud computing, or systems engineering.
• Experience in production technology and media/entertainment, including managing post-production workflows.
• Expertise in industry content creation tools like Avid Media Composer and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Experience deploying workflows following industry content security standards.
• Fluency in French, Spanish, German, or Italian.

• Drive adoption of cloud-based workflows in production and post-production.
• Educate customers and partners about the Studio's suite of creative workflows.
• Work with vendors to validate and integrate workflows.
• Communicate requirements and issues to the product and engineering teams.
• Lead engagements with management and post leadership at partner companies.
