NVIDIA is seeking engineers for its Advanced Package Engineering team, which focuses on the intersection of chip design and silicon production. The role involves developing automation infrastructure for complex multi-die packages that are critical for AI systems. Engineers will craft production-grade EDA tooling to solve unique challenges in packaging technology. • BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of flow and methodology development experience in package design.
• Proficiency in Python and/or C++, with strong programming fundamentals.
• Experience applying AI/ML techniques in engineering workflows.
• Strong understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals relevant to VLSI package design.

• Design and implement VLSI tools for silicon and substrate design.
• Develop applications to enable project engineers with an emphasis on maintainability and ease of use.
• Create flows/tools and methodologies to construct, analyze, and validate package designs.
• Optimize daily workflows for package designers.
