Job description

This role at NVIDIA involves working with a team of engineers to develop and automate interposer design flows and methodologies. The position focuses on creating applications that enhance the productivity of project engineers while ensuring maintainability and ease of use. You will collaborate with interposer design engineers and package architects to tackle complex challenges in semiconductor packaging. The goal is to deliver production-quality solutions that contribute to NVIDIA's next generation of multi-die platforms.

Requirements

  • BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of flow and methodology development experience for interposer design.
  • Proficiency in programming with Python and/or C++, including data structures and algorithms.
  • Experience applying AI/ML techniques in engineering workflows.
  • Strong understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals relevant to VLSI interposer design.

Responsibilities

  • Work with interposer engineers to design and develop VLSI flows and methodologies.
  • Develop applications to enable project engineers with a focus on maintainability.
  • Create flows/tools and methodologies to analyze and validate interposer designs.
  • Optimize workflows for interposer designers to enhance productivity.
