As a Principal Engineer in Analog Circuit Design at Intel, you will lead the development of innovative analog and mixed-signal IPs. Requirements
- Bachelor's or BS degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, and 12 or more years of experience in analog circuit design, or a Master's degree with 10 or more years of experience.
- Deep expertise in analog circuit design fundamentals, including TX/RX blocks and low-power design.
- Proficiency in analog behavior modeling, circuit simulation, and optimization techniques.
- Demonstrated experience in advanced process nodes and addressing challenges in analog and mixed-signal design.
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture definition and development of next-generation high-speed IO PHYs.
- Design, develop, and optimize analog circuits, including TX/RX blocks, in advanced process nodes.
- Create floorplans, extract chip parameters, and simulate analog behavior models.
- Develop comprehensive test plans and verify designs against microarchitecture specifications.
- Optimize circuit performance, power, area, and yield while resolving design challenges.
- Collaborate with architecture and layout teams to design robust circuits.
- Provide technical leadership by developing strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Mentor and guide other technical leaders to foster a community of technical excellence.
- Drive innovation and deliver leadership solutions to market.
