Requirements
- Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or other STEM-related degree.
- 3 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement manufacturing processes, requirements, and technologies to support high-volume production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product engineers, design teams, and manufacturing operations.
- Optimize and sustain manufacturing processes throughout the product lifecycle.
- Design and implement integration and assembly processes, including tooling and fixtures.
- Partner with high-volume manufacturing sites to transfer processes and resolve challenges.
- Provide technical expertise and solutions for manufacturing issues.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance and reduce costs.
- Develop comprehensive documentation of manufacturing processes and best practices.
- Lead engineering projects including defining requirements and managing timelines.
- Analyze manufacturing metrics and data to identify improvement opportunities.
