• Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or other STEM-related degree.
• 3 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.

• Develop and implement manufacturing processes, requirements, and technologies to support high-volume production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product engineers, design teams, and manufacturing operations.
• Optimize and sustain manufacturing processes throughout the product lifecycle.
• Design and implement integration and assembly processes, including tooling and fixtures.
• Partner with high-volume manufacturing sites to transfer processes and resolve challenges.
• Provide technical expertise and solutions for manufacturing issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance and reduce costs.
• Develop comprehensive documentation of manufacturing processes and best practices.
• Lead engineering projects including defining requirements and managing timelines.
• Analyze manufacturing metrics and data to identify improvement opportunities.
