• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 4 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in Manufacturing Process Engineering or related occupations.
• Experience in Production Failure Analysis and Root Cause Analysis or Corrective and Preventive Action Management.
• Proficiency in Statistical Process Control or Data Analytics for Manufacturing.
• Experience in Hardware Product Development Lifecycle Management or New Product Introduction Management.
• Technical Project Management or Engineering Project Leadership experience.
