The Director role in EY-Parthenon's Strategy and Execution team focuses on Corporate and Growth Strategy within the Financial Services sector. This position involves leading workstreams and engagements for high-level clients, including CEOs and Boards, to develop transformative strategies. The team addresses complex business challenges across banking, capital markets, asset management, and insurance. Candidates will have the opportunity to mentor junior team members and leverage innovative AI-powered technology to deliver impactful solutions.

• A bachelor's degree with outstanding academic performance and 5 years of related work experience, or a graduate degree and approximately 3 years of related work experience.
• Experience managing business strategy development in the banking, capital markets, payments, wealth management, and/or asset management sectors.
• Experience managing M&A strategic diligence projects in complex environments.
• Proficient in the English language, with effective communication skills in a professional environment.
• Ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary.

• Lead workstreams and engagements, translating client needs into project tasks and deliverables.
• Manage day-to-day problem-solving and team analytical activities.
• Serve as key liaisons between consulting team members, EY-Parthenon Senior Directors and Partners, and clients.
• Develop business strategies using tools such as market analysis and customer research.
• Mentor junior team members at the Associate, Senior Associate, and Consultant levels.
