Job description

The Product Management Senior Lead Analyst is a senior-level position focused on developing product plans and strategies for Small Business Lending. This role involves coordinating product promotions to expand market reach and enhance competitive positioning. The analyst will work closely with the Product Management team to analyze market trends and oversee product management activities. The overall objective is to drive product innovation and achieve business results.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in product management or related fields
  • Knowledge of marketing, credit, acquisitions, product development, and/or analytics
  • Experience with data lineage and data governance
  • Strong relationship-building skills to collaborate with stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and manage shifting priorities
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and analysis of strategic product roadmaps and enhancements.
  • Participate in day-to-day product management for core products.
  • Execute client value propositions and competitive differentiation strategies.
  • Provide informal guidance and training to new team members.
  • Oversee client and competitor market research and develop product innovation roadmaps.
  • Contribute to achieving acquisition targets and managing product financial performance.
  • Implement team procedures and manage client problem resolution.
  • Assess risk in business decisions and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
