We are seeking an experienced Software Development Engineer (SDE) to develop AI-powered advertiser workflows for Amazon Ads. The role involves designing and delivering scalable systems that enhance how advertisers manage and serve ads across various platforms. The team focuses on simplifying media buying and creating intelligent campaign management experiences using AI. You will work collaboratively with multiple teams to drive a unified advertiser experience.

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of design or architecture experience with design patterns, reliability, and scaling of systems
• 1+ years of experience as a software development engineer or in a related role
• 1+ years of experience designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, or distributed software applications using C#, C++, Java, or Perl
• 1+ years of Object Oriented Design experience
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field

• Own features end-to-end by working directly with customers to scope requirements, design solutions, implement, test, and launch them.
• Design and develop agentic AI workflows using LLMs to enhance campaign creation and management experiences.
• Define the technical vision for scaling and complexity while partnering across multiple teams.
• Raise the engineering bar through code reviews, design discussions, and mentoring.
• Continuously improve the performance, reliability, and developer experience of our systems.
