• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 5+ years of programming experience with at least one software programming language
• 5+ years of experience leading design or architecture of new and existing systems
• Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team
• 5+ years of development experience in C or C++ within an embedded environment or with robotic systems
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
• Familiarity with developing in a safety standards controlled environment such as IEC 61508 or ISO 26262

• Develop and maintain both safety and non-safety rated systems for Amazon's autonomous robot fleet.
