• Experience training or fine-tuning ML models using PyTorch, JAX, or MLX.
• Strong understanding of ML fundamentals including model architectures and training dynamics.
• Familiarity with the current ML research landscape.
• Proficiency in Python and Swift, with experience in C++ or Rust being a plus.
• Experience with LLMs, including prompting, fine-tuning, and inference optimization.
• Background in an R&D, research, or prototyping environment.

• Iterate rapidly on prototypes to communicate learned insights.
• Build complete, working systems rather than isolated components.
• Reproduce results from ML papers and implement techniques from current research.
• Craft interfaces that allow users to experience AI models.
