Apple's wireless silicon development team is seeking a skilled candidate for its modeling and verification team. This role focuses on modeling and verifying Analog/RF/Mixed-Signal blocks and SoCs using SystemVerilog. The candidate will work in a collaborative environment to develop behavioral models and ensure the success of the team's projects. • BS degree and a minimum of 10 years relevant industry experience
• Ph.D. or Master's degree with 5+ years of experience in modeling of analog/RF circuits
• Hands-on experience in Mixed-Signal Verification and Real Numbered Modeling of Mixed-Signal Systems
• Knowledge of wireless technologies such as WiFi, BT, UWB, or general radio systems
• Good understanding of basic analog circuits including PLLs, LDOs, Bandgap, ADC/DAC
• Experience in modeling with SystemC and/or C/C++
• Experience in writing scripts in languages such as Perl or Python
• Knowledge of signal processing using Python or Matlab
• Good understanding of AMS and wireless circuits/systems
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Model and verify Analog/RF/Mixed-Signal blocks and SoCs using SystemVerilog
• Create behavioral models, testbenches, checkers, and tests
• Build and execute test plans to meet project schedules and quality requirements
• Collaborate with multiple pre-silicon validation teams to ensure functionality of first silicon
• Integrate mixed-signal models onto emulation platforms
