Rivian is seeking an Autonomy Systems Integration Test Engineer to join their Autonomy Systems Integration team in Palo Alto. This role focuses on bridging hands-on vehicle integration with robust systems test execution. The engineer will be responsible for daily integration testing, troubleshooting system-level behaviors, and ensuring seamless functionality of autonomous hardware and software with vehicle subsystems. The ideal candidate will have a background in autonomous vehicles and a desire to grow into automated test design and systems engineering.

• B.S. in an Engineering discipline, Associate degree, Technical certification, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–5+ years of experience working with autonomous vehicles, ADAS, or complex embedded electronic systems.
• Proficiency with automotive communication protocols and diagnostic tools such as CAN, LIN, and Automotive Ethernet.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Execute and maintain daily automated and manual regression test suites on prototype vehicles and test benches.
• Review Merge Requests and incoming software changes to anticipate integration impacts.
• Conduct preliminary functional verification of autonomy software releases on test vehicles.
• Utilize data analysis tools to reproduce, isolate, and debug system failures.
• Support the setup and calibration of new prototype vehicle platforms and feature programs.
• Assist in designing and implementing detailed test plans and validation strategies.
