As a DTCO and Timing Engineer at Qualcomm, you will be integral to DTCO analysis for Mobile, Compute, Automotive, and IOT markets. You will utilize advanced methodologies and tools to evaluate process technology entitlement for SOC products. The role involves conducting Spice simulations for power and performance validation, as well as block-level PPA analysis and implementation. You will collaborate with various teams to optimize design processes and support new advanced process technologies.

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field and 4+ years of ASIC design experience, or a Master's degree with 3+ years, or a PhD with 2+ years.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Perl, TCL, Unix shell, and C/C++.
• Experience with Spice simulations and STA sign off.

• Conduct DTCO analysis targeting various markets including Mobile and Automotive.
• Perform Spice simulations for power and performance validation.
• Execute block-level PPA analysis and implementation from RTL to GDS flow.
• Collaborate with foundry DTCO teams, EDA companies, and CAD teams.
• Drive Fmax optimization and cost improvements in design processes.
