Responsibilities
- Collaborate regularly with various functions and divisions across the firm.
- Master monthly financial closes and conduct balance sheet analysis.
- Deliver insightful financial reporting and analysis for non-compensation expenses.
- Strengthen internal controls by reviewing existing policies and proposing new ones.
- Analyze financial and operational data from global projects and present findings.
- Apply US GAAP in financial reporting and ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
- Drive the improvement and automation of current processes to enhance efficiency.
