Job description

The Senior Technical Vice President at Goldman Sachs will lead the strategic direction and operational excellence of the Microsoft 365 platforms. This role focuses on Microsoft 365 Copilot engineering, ensuring robust and scalable solutions for the global workforce. The position requires a visionary leader to guide teams in adopting advanced features and technologies. Collaboration with senior stakeholders is essential to deliver transformative solutions in a highly regulated financial environment.

Requirements

  • 12-15+ years of progressive experience in enterprise-level IT, with at least 10 years focused on Microsoft 365 platforms in a leadership capacity.
  • Proven track record of leading and developing large, geographically dispersed technical teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to define and execute complex technology strategies for enterprise collaboration platforms.
  • Deep architectural understanding of the Microsoft 365 suite and advanced security features.
  • Extensive experience managing Microsoft 365 solutions within stringent security and regulatory frameworks.
  • Exceptional executive-level communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the long-term strategic vision for Microsoft 365 platforms.
  • Lead and mentor a global team of engineers and technical managers.
  • Provide oversight for the design and implementation of enterprise-grade Microsoft 365 solutions.
  • Establish governance frameworks and compliance standards for Microsoft 365 services.
  • Collaborate with senior product owners and architects to understand strategic requirements.
  • Drive the adoption of new Microsoft 365 features and AI-powered capabilities.
  • Oversee operational and incident management processes for Microsoft 365 environments.
