The Technology Project Manager for Construction Projects at EY is responsible for delivering IT projects on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards. This role requires expertise in project management processes and strong stakeholder relationship management skills. The primary focus will be on EY's Real Estate construction projects and the integration of various office technologies. The position demands a collaborative approach to ensure seamless technology deployment throughout the construction phases.

• A degree in Computer Science, Construction Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• 15 to 20 years in a corporate IT environment.
• 10 to 15 years of experience in project management, particularly in construction-related IT projects.
• Relevant experience in technical fields such as deployment/implementation and infrastructure within the construction industry.
• Project management certification (PMI/CAPM or PMP, PRINCE2) is preferred.

• Lead the development of project charters and scopes to ensure timely delivery of technology solutions.
• Execute relevant project management processes focusing on technology integration into construction phases.
• Monitor and control project activities to align with technology deployment objectives and construction timelines.
• Manage risks, issues, and changes across both business and IT components of construction projects.
• Report variances to the approved project baseline and provide insights into technology integration challenges.
• Interface and communicate effectively with project teams, management, and stakeholders.
• Oversee project work and resources to facilitate successful implementation of technology solutions.
• Conduct gate reviews and quality assurance assessments related to technology integration.
• Deliver projects that align with overall business and technology strategies.
• Manage external contracts and suppliers to support technology deployment.
