The Project Controls Lead at Meta will oversee project controls operations for the Data Center Portfolio, which is crucial for the company's infrastructure growth. This role requires a technical subject matter expert to manage cost controls, risk management, and commercial deliveries across multiple General Contractors. The position involves close collaboration with various internal departments and the Delivery Team, emphasizing leadership, communication, and organizational skills. The role also includes travel to different Data Center sites and company offices.

• 10+ years of Construction Project Controls experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Equivalent Technical Field or related field experience
• Subject Matter Expert in Cost management, construction change orders, and risk management
• Experience in Earned Value Management or collection and analysis of resource data
• Experience in Data Center, Manufacturing, Infrastructure or Construction programs requiring complicated commissioning specifications
• Proficient in Oracle Unifier
• Demonstrated analytical, communication, problem solving, prioritization, organization and reporting skills

• Serve as the technical lead in Cost Controls, including budget management and risk facilitation
• Analyze and communicate the projects' Project Controls Health to leadership
• Identify project commercial risk mitigation opportunities and drive those into resolution
• Support the Preconstruction team in reviewing General Contractor contracts and managing the internal budget
• Provide support for Areas projects’ cost forecasts and cash flow risks
• Ensure collaboration and alignment of project health between cost and schedule
• Travel approximately 25-50% to other Data Center sites and company offices
