This role focuses on owning the Balance of Plant (BOP) service engineering and operationalization for Tesla's industrial energy storage fleet. The team is responsible for ensuring that service processes are designed and implemented effectively across multiple OEMs. The main focus is on creating measurable preventive and corrective maintenance programs, managing OEM warranty processes, and ensuring compliance through digitization. This position requires collaboration with various departments to integrate service requirements into product development.

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Power Systems, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in service, O&M, or aftermarket operations for utility-scale energy storage or comparable industrial power equipment.
• Proven ownership of PM/CM program design and OEM warranty claim processes.
• Ability to analyze technical and operational problems in detail.
• Working knowledge of product development processes for medium-voltage or industrial power equipment.
• Demonstrated ownership of systems-of-record work and asset registries.
• Track record of influence without authority in a multi-region environment.

• Own end-to-end BOP operationalization and establish preventive and corrective maintenance across multi-OEM medium-voltage equipment.
• Define and implement OEM warranty management for BOP equipment, including multi-vendor process flowcharts.
• Drive the operating model for escalations, ensuring consistent implementation across regions.
• Own the digitization of switching-orders and logbooks as a global compliance system.
• Build the technician and remote support skill model for BOP and medium-voltage work.
• Operationalize BOP for both the Megablock launch path and the in-service industrial storage fleet.
• Represent Service Engineering in BOP operationalization and product development processes.
