The Robotaxi Business Development team is focused on the product design and operational performance of autonomous vehicles. This role involves analyzing complex operational data to derive actionable insights that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. The position requires collaboration with various teams to drive process improvements and support demand forecasting. Candidates will leverage advanced analytics tools to monitor and optimize fleet performance.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience in business analysis, operations analytics, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience utilizing AI agents or AI-powered tools in a professional setting
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
• Experience with Python or R for data analysis
• Excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience in autonomous vehicles, mobility, logistics, or transportation industries
• Familiarity with fleet management systems and telematics data
• Understanding of machine learning concepts and their application to operational problems
• Experience with real-time data pipelines and monitoring systems

• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators including vehicle utilization and ride completion rates
• Develop dashboards and reports to track fleet health and service quality metrics
• Identify trends and anomalies in fleet behavior to proactively address issues
• Deploy and manage AI agents for automated data gathering and predictive analytics
• Drive process improvements through collaboration with engineering, product, and operations teams
• Support demand forecasting and infrastructure capacity planning initiatives
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership
