Tesla is seeking a passionate Product Manager to enhance internal systems that support employee experience. The role focuses on improving Time & Attendance systems, HR, and Payroll processes in collaboration with global payroll providers in EMEA and APAC. The Product Manager will work on product roadmaps, system integrations, and user experience enhancements. This position requires a strong understanding of HR technologies and the ability to leverage data for decision-making.

• 3+ years of experience in product management and product development.
• Experience in enterprise HR and Payroll systems such as Workday, ADP, UKG, or SAP.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills for data-driven decision making.
• Ability to gather business requirements and work with engineering teams.
• A solid grasp of Payroll and Timekeeping functions in a global setting.

• Focus on product roadmap and feature implementations for Timekeeping systems.
• Evaluate technology options to enhance the HR Tech stack.
• Assess and enhance the efficiency and user experience of HR platforms.
• Define KPIs to measure customer satisfaction and business impact.
• Prioritize between existing and new implementations and features.
