Job description

As a Technical Program Manager in Meta's Business Engineering team, you will work at the intersection of technology, business, and global markets to support Meta's growth in digital advertising and AI monetization. This role focuses on accelerating innovation, driving cross-functional impact, and delivering meaningful results that empower businesses of all sizes. You will lead high-priority programs, manage project plans, and collaborate with various teams to ensure successful execution. The position requires navigating ambiguity and solving complex problems to shape Meta's advertising products and platforms.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of program management experience in technology, digital advertising, business engineering, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional programs in a matrixed, global organization.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Experience communicating with and building relationships across engineering, product, business, and external partners.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and insights to drive decision-making.
  • Experience working with large-scale systems or platforms.
  • Experience in enterprise B2B or platform go-to-market environments.
  • Demonstrated experience operating in early/pre-PMF product environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional Business Engineering programs that deliver advertiser-facing solutions at scale.
  • Rapidly translate client insights into Meta's product roadmap using prototypes.
  • Develop and manage end-to-end project plans to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Partner closely with engineering, product, and business teams to clarify requirements.
  • Identify and proactively mitigate risks while streamlining execution.
  • Collaborate with legal, policy, and compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulations.
  • Define, track, and report on program OKRs, KPIs, and success metrics.
