As a member of the Autopilot AI Tooling team at Tesla, you will design and implement tools that enhance machine learning workflows for Robotaxi and Optimus. This role involves collaborating with top AI researchers and machine learning experts to drive advancements toward a fully self-driving future. The systems you create will significantly impact the fleet's ability to perceive and understand its environment. Your contributions will focus on developing web-based tools for data visualization, annotation, and management.

• A degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript and React.
• Experience with 2D/3D graphics via OpenGL, WebGL, THREE.js or equivalent.
• Strong UI, design, and UX sensibilities.
• A proven record of delivering impactful UIs and features.

• Design and implement web-based tools for data visualization and data labeling.
• Work on the remote tele-op tool for live streaming video and audio.
• Develop visualizations of Autopilot clips including camera streams and predictions.
• Create data annotation tools for segmentation and 3D spatial labeling.
• Manage tools for engineering fleet vehicles and test drivers.
• Collaborate with data analysts to address UX challenges and suggest improvements.
• Integrate seamlessly with backend systems alongside backend engineers.
• Build efficient and intuitive UI in collaboration with AI researchers.
