• Degree in an engineering field or equivalent experience
• Basic programming and scripting skills, such as SQL and Python
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Experience in diagnosing application failures and performing root cause analysis

• Work directly with software developers and users on the production floor to understand issues and provide solutions in real-time
• Monitor application health and performance and analyze logs to identify root causes
• Track and update incidents using tools like Jira
• Communicate issues and resolutions to stakeholders and participate in sprint planning
• Document troubleshooting steps, SOPs, known issues, and knowledge base articles in Confluence
