Meta is looking for a Building Management System (BMS) Quality Manager to join the Data Center Engineering & Construction Quality team. This role focuses on optimizing the delivery of Building Management Systems to ensure they meet design and quality standards while being completed on time. The BMS Quality Manager will lead cross-functional teams, oversee installation and commissioning efforts, and adapt to evolving project needs. The position involves significant collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure high uptime and efficiency in data center operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a relevant field or equivalent work experience
• Experience with Industrial Automation and Building Management Control Systems, such as PLC/DDC
• 3+ years of experience in programming and designing HVAC control systems and Electrical Power Monitoring

• Manage, onboard, and lead the General Contractor BMS Lead(s), Control Systems Integrator, and Electrical and Installation controls contractors throughout all project phases.
• Establish a clear vision and foster collaboration among on-site project teams, including the Meta BMS team and contractors.
• Drive consistency and standardization across all buildings and Control System Integrators.
• Review and ensure project level adherence to the issued revision of the BMS PLC Playbook.
• Perform BMS inspections and validate project status and progress, supporting project teams from early MEP construction stages.
• Assess team performance and support the project benchmark and mock-up process of BMS installations.
• Work with Construction Managers and General Contractors to ensure the accuracy and maintenance of construction schedules.
• Coordinate and manage packaged equipment factory installed controls audits and BMS commissioning audits.
• Lead large multi-stakeholder meetings and communicate discussions to all key stakeholders.
• Support custom tooling integration into construction processes and identify risks associated with these efforts.
• Travel domestically as needed, with an anticipated 50% travel requirement.
