• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a relevant technical field.
• 12+ years of experience in software engineering with specialization in ML systems domains.
• Experience architecting and delivering large-scale ML training or inference infrastructure.
• Experience leading multi-year cross-functional technical initiatives.
• Experience developing high-performance ML systems infrastructure in C++, Python, or CUDA.
• Experience influencing technical direction across multiple teams.
