• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant technical field.
• 6+ years of experience in electrical design with a track record of delivering high-volume products.

• Proficiency in interpreting and creating electrical schematics and designing physical layouts.
• Experience collaborating across engineering disciplines and with external partners.

• Own electrical development of complex subsystems or moderately complex systems.
• Lead schematic design, board layout, and cross-functional design reviews.
• Propose innovative solutions to enhance system or product performance.
• Manage hardware bring-up, debugging, and support for manufacturing.
• Evaluate vendor reference designs and adapt them to Meta’s requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and support to other engineers.
• Contribute to team knowledge sharing.
• Work autonomously and manage individual and team priorities.
• Collaborate in a distributed team environment across engineering disciplines.
