This role involves leading initiatives that improve reliability and risk management while collaborating with cross-functional partners. The successful candidate will influence the design and operation of Meta's next-generation AI infrastructure and will be responsible for driving process alignment and technical solutions. The position requires a blend of strategic oversight and hands-on technical leadership to optimize workflows and ensure operational performance.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a relevant technical field.
• 10+ years of direct experience in global network or infrastructure operations.
• 5+ years of experience partnering with enterprise and service-provider vendors.
• Experience leading operational teams and translating organizational strategy into measurable outcomes.
• Knowledge of coding and automating in higher-level languages such as Python, Go, or JavaScript.

• Help develop and maintain execution plans and resource modeling across indirect teams.
• Lead highly cross-functional infrastructure projects and programs in a matrix organization.
• Own the planning and execution of an organizational-level roadmap and strategy.
• Coach and develop other engineers and people managers on the team.
• Investigate complex technical and cross-team issues during major incidents and escalations.
• Drive continuous improvement to analyze operational activities and identify automation opportunities.
• Drive alignment with internal partners and vendors to address their needs and issues.
• Lead root-cause analysis and corrective action to resolve operational issues.
• Represent the organization and manage interaction with third parties.
• Create, maintain, and enforce operational Standard Operating Procedures and best practices.
