The Securities Services Associate Analyst 2 is a developing professional role focused on securities transaction processing within the Securities Clearance Settlement Operations team. This position requires a good understanding of industry practices and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences. The analyst will support senior management with analytic tasks and assist in resolving issues related to securities settlement. The role also emphasizes compliance with procedural requirements to minimize risk to the bank.

• 0-2 years of experience working in Treasury Operations, Middle Office, or Cash Operations
• Good understanding of Custody products, Cash, accounting, and regulatory policies
• Ability to work in a structured, high volume, time sensitive, high risk, and demanding environment
• Good analytical skills and a positive attitude
• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (read, writing, and speaking)

• Execute securities transaction processing tasks
• Provide analytic support to Senior Management in Operations and business Product
• Follow established procedures to identify problems related to securities settlement that require investigation or research
• Assist in resolving problems by identifying and selecting solutions through the application of acquired technical experience
• Deliver reports to satisfy management requirements and support control activities
• Provide assistance in the implementation of process improvements
• Minimize risk to the bank through increased knowledge of procedural requirements
• Manage and escalate all requests, inquiries, issues, and errors in a timely manner
• Demonstrate an intermediate level of understanding of products and processes
• Utilize strong communication, interpersonal, and diplomacy skills to interact with colleagues and stakeholders
