The Silicon Program Manager will lead the development of Power Management ICs and analog IP for Apple products. This role involves managing the full silicon lifecycle from architecture to mass production. The individual will coordinate cross-functional teams to meet aggressive schedules while addressing complex technical challenges. The position requires deep technical engagement and the ability to influence design decisions across multiple teams.

• BS Degree in a technical discipline.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in SOC/VLSI Chip Design, ASIC Chip Design, or Power Management Chip design.
• Experience in Technical Program or Project Management, or Systems/Customer Support.
• Strong real-time crisis management skills in a dynamic engineering environment.
• Deep knowledge of ASIC and VLSI design flows.

• Own full silicon lifecycles for custom Power Management ICs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams spanning silicon design, systems architecture, product engineering, and operations.
• Lead technical discussions on power management architectures and evaluate design tradeoffs.
• Drive project execution using well-defined metrics.
• Influence the technical direction across multiple teams and stakeholders.
