• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in computer science fundamentals including object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithm design.
• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of experience in design or architecture of new and existing systems.
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
• Knowledge of professional software engineering best practices for the full software development life cycle.

• Understand the fundamentals and tradeoffs of Amazon’s advertising stacks and related industry standards.
• Drive technical solutions and architecture for advertising workflows that can scale.
• Lead the design of large components, write code, and deploy successful enterprise-level systems.
