The Senior Email Developer will be part of Fidelity's central marketing function, focusing on enhancing customer relationships through personalized email communications. This role requires expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and advanced HTML/CSS coding, particularly for email development. The team aims to innovate and improve email marketing processes while ensuring best practices are followed. The position involves collaboration across various teams to streamline email documentation and enhance campaign effectiveness.

• Multiple years of advanced front-end HTML and CSS coding experience, specifically in email.
• Knowledge of email service platform providers, particularly Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Adobe Target.
• Experience in digital production, MarTech, marketing, and/or creative fields.
• Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships across management levels.

• Enhance, expand, and support systems for email communications.
• Build, edit, and deploy emails using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Collaborate with technology teams to onboard new email capabilities.
• Lead cross-organizational projects as a subject matter expert for email channels.
• Provide guidance and training to team members to meet expectations.
