World Wide Engineering & Innovation (WWEI) is looking for a Sr. Process Design Engineer to lead the development of next-generation sortation systems and processes for the North American Sort Center. This role involves overseeing a diverse portfolio of projects, including new facilities and renovations, while focusing on innovation in automated material handling and logistics systems. The successful candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders to create cost-effective solutions that enhance operational capabilities. This position also requires global travel and offers opportunities for professional growth.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a foreign equivalent
• 5+ years of specialty experience with progressive responsibility
• Experience designing solutions for large, high-volume sorting operations
• Experience in management of engineering design projects
• Experience using business or technical software like MS Excel, MS Project, and CAD software
• Master's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Experience with complex automated material handling equipment and packaging technologies
• Experience with design-in-safety

• Drive innovation in package sortation and develop optimal solutions for equipment specification.
• Create efficient process designs and site layouts while collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.

• Provide technical leadership on large-scale engineering projects from conception to completion.
