Job description

The Sr. Analyst Quantitative Strategist role within the CPM Strats team focuses on designing, developing, and implementing quantitative models for Budget Planning and Management. This position is ideal for recent graduates who wish to apply advanced mathematical, statistical, and computational techniques to corporate planning and financial forecasting. The role involves deploying scalable solutions on AWS Cloud and developing AI capabilities to enhance financial analysis. Candidates will have the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams and contribute to innovative financial modeling.

Requirements

  • PhD degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Physics, or a related quantitative field, or a Master's degree with one year of experience, or a Bachelor's degree with three years of experience.
  • Strong academic research background is preferred for PhD graduates.
  • Experience with programming languages such as Rust, Python, or C++.
  • Knowledge of modern time-series econometric techniques and machine learning methods.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, implement, and document advanced quantitative models for forecasting revenues, expenses, and balance sheet items.
  • Develop and deploy explainable Machine Learning models for financial event prediction and revenue forecasting.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex user needs into precise model specifications and analytical metrics.
  • Execute the end-to-end model development lifecycle, including data collection, exploratory data analysis, and scalable deployment on AWS Cloud.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation to support Model Risk Management reviews.
