• Experience working as an engineering support, sustaining, or development engineer.
• Basic Linux Storage System administration experience, including system installation and configuration.
• Strong scripting skills in Python and Bash, along with programming skills in C/C++.
• Familiarity with Ceph storage architecture and hands-on experience with configuring Ceph clusters.

• Handle highly escalated cases from support teams to improve customer experience.
• Provide assistance to L2 support engineers in resolving issues.
• Fix customer-reported issues as part of the Ceph development teams.
• Ensure regular updates are communicated to L2 teams regarding ongoing issues.
• Collaborate with product management to drive feature enhancements and fixes into the product.
